My Story

My name is Erika Quesada and baking has always been a hobby of mine. While I never went to school for baking, I have held different bakery positions in the past. They taught me valuable skills and inspired me to pursue this field even further. Being born and raised in Southbridge, MA I find it very rewarding to be able to sew back into my community. I want my desserts to put a smile on people's faces and want to be able to share the joy and passion I have for baking with those around me.
